Join Kitty for a gentle, embodied workshop designed to support your nervous system and help you feel more grounded, clear, and connected.

Resourced is a 75 minute nervous system regulating session. Sharing Somatic Experiencing practices, offering simple, powerful tools to help you:

  • Regulate your nervous system with compassion

  • Resource yourself in new, old, or uneasy environments

  • Restore a sense of safety and presence in your body

  • Integrate overwhelming experiences with care and clarity

You’ll learn easy-to-practice somatic exercises that bring relief to busy, anxious, or dysregulated systems—supporting you to move through life with more resilience and ease.

No experience is needed. All are welcome—women, men, and non-binary folk. Come as you are. This is a space to land, soften, and listen to what your body needs.
