A gentle, nourishing workshop where you’ll learn simple, effective self-massage techniques to support your womb, abdomen, and overall wellbeing. This practice can help improve digestion, encourage healthy lymphatic flow, ease inflammation, and bring more clarity and energy to your body, especially if you experience low mood, brain fog, or digestive and womb-related challenges.
Together, we’ll explore how to:
Support your digestive system
Encourage lymph drainage around the gut and womb
Reduce blockages and inflammation
Boost energy and mental clarity
Cultivate a loving, connected relationship with your body
This workshop is open to anyone who wants to feel more vibrant, grounded, and empowered in their own health. You’ll leave with simple techniques you can use anytime to nurture yourself and optimise your wellbeing.
Please note that this workshop is not suitable during pregnancy.
If you have had a hysterectomy, caesarean section, laparoscopy, or any recent womb-related procedure, please obtain clearance from your doctor or healthcare provider before attending.
This is to ensure that your body has had enough time to recover, post procedure.

Kitty Maguire is a certified massage therapist, qualified in holistic massage, oncology (cancer) massage, pregnancy massage, womb and abdominal massage. She brings a compassionate, trauma-sensitive approach to her work, ensuring all clients feel, supported, and deeply cared for.
